Here’s our guide to making the most of your time in Baja, Mexico.
Stay & See:
Stay at Cabo’s most instagrammable resort San Cristobal Hotel.
See Cabos most iconic view. The Arch of Cabo San Lucas.
Head to Playa Balandra and bask in its crystal blue waters.
Head 30 minutes south of Balandra to a small beach town called La ‘Ventana’. La Ventana is a paradise for kitesurfing and there are plenty of schools for beginners.
Take a diving trip into the Sea of ‘Cortez’ and meet the local Whale Sharks.
The most striking rock art pictographs of Baja are to be found in the San Francisco mountain range. The rock painting date back over thousands of years, some have been carbon dated to over 7,000 years.
It would be a shame to come to Baja and not stop by Mexico’s Wine Country. The largest proportion of Mexican wine is produced in Baja, and in particular in the municipality of Ensenada.
